About Me

My passion lies in guiding people to bring their authentic selves into what they love.

Throughout my life, I grappled with questions like, "Who am I? What's my purpose?" I realized that the quest for these answers and the questions themselves intertwined. This realization transformed me, leading me to the understanding that each one of us is equipped with the wisdom and courage to navigate any situation.

Once I embraced this truth, I let go of the constant struggle to be more. I began to appreciate the innate wisdom and value inherent in each of us. This shift in perspective dispelled my fears, opened new doors, and helped me tap into the resilience, courage, and wisdom that exists within us all.

Mission

Today, my mission is to help other women recognize their inherent value and tap into their deep wisdom. I do this through public speaking, coaching, and advisory and leadership roles.

On a personal note, I am a proud mother of three adult children, a doting grandmother to a wonderful little angel, and I currently serve as a Vice President of Operations for a Real Estate Services Firm in San Francisco

My journey in the real estate industry spans over two decades, marked by a passion for the field and an ability to build authentic, trusting relationships with individuals and teams alike. I have been recognised in the top 10% of sales production in San Francisco. As a Certified Career Development Specialist™, Certified Peak Performance Producers Mentor™ by Buffini & Co., and a Dale Carnegie™ Instructor, I have a unique blend of skills to mentor, train, and drive success. I've held impactful leadership roles, such as VP Managing Officer, and I have been elected to the Board of Directors for the San Francisco Association of Realtors®.

My one-on-one coaching programs are designed for women in real estate, leveraging my insights and qualifications to empower them to achieve new levels of success. With hands-on achievements, industry insights, and targeted certifications, I offer clarity, confidence, and courage to those ready to elevate their careers and bring more of themselves into their work.
